Early access, provided as-is
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. It is new software run by one person. It may have bugs, it may be unavailable, and features may change or be removed. Do not rely on it as the only record of anything that matters to you — export your board if you need a copy you control.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Your data is yours, and your responsibility
You keep ownership of the recruiting data you enter. You are responsible for what you put in: that you are entitled to record it, that it is accurate enough for your purposes, and that your use of it follows any recruiting rules that apply to you — association, state, or school.
Information about student-athletes deserves care. Keep what you record relevant to evaluating a player, and treat notes about young people as something you would be comfortable having read back to you.
Accounts are invite-only
Access is by invitation during early access. Your account is for you — do not share credentials. Invite links you generate let someone join your program and see everything on your board, so send them only to staff you intend to have that access. You can revoke outstanding invites at any time from Settings.
AI-generated content
Enrichment and monitoring use AI to search public sources. Results are a starting point, not a fact-check: they can be wrong, out of date, or about the wrong player of the same name. Confirm anything that will affect a real decision. The app marks which numbers a person has verified and which came from the web — that distinction is there to be used.
What you may not do
- Scrape the service, or access it with bots, scripts, or automated tools beyond the capture API we provide you.
- Attempt to reach another program's data, or probe the service for ways to do so.
- Resell or redistribute the service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Overload it deliberately, or work around the usage limits on your plan.
We may suspend accounts that do these things, and we may modify or discontinue features as the product develops.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
